Following solution works for such kind of error.
Solution :-1 Go to your Project folder and open obj folder and delete all files and folder,Now go to bin folder delete projectname.dll,Globalasax.dll and projectname.xmlserialiser.dll.Make besides these three files donot delete others .dll or files.and Make sure your solution does not open in visual studio. Now open the solution clean the solution and then build

Delete all files and folder from given below paths and make sure all instances of visual studio should close before deletion otherwise it will not allow you to delete.
“C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\” “C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\” Now open the solution clean the solution and then build.
